Ordering from us is very simple. If you want one of the pens found on the available page, just email and let us know which one. If you see one on the gallery page, email me and we'll try to match it. If you see a style you want and a different wood on something else, we can do it. Have a favorite color? Just let us know what it is and we can help. I have filled several orders like "I want a bigger pen in some reddish brown type wood" Your satisfaction is our top priority. We can even send you pictures of your pen to verify it is what you want. Your new pen will be shipped in a velvet sleeve, however, there are several display and presentation boxes available. These are very economical and really make the pen look good. These boxes are ideal for a gift presentation.
Shipping
We will ship your pen in a velvet sleeve, securely packed and in the most economic way possible. Typically we will ship priority mail. We only charge the actual shipping cost. Notice there is no handling charge. The prices in the Available section does not include shipping!!

Caring for your new pen
Most of the pens have a shellac and wax based friction polish applied. While this is an extremely durable finish, it will wear and dull after using your pen for a while. This type finish is nice because you can refresh it. Johnson's furniture paste will restore your pen to its original beauty!!
Please take care of your pen. These are turned from exotic woods and some of these woods are very sensitive materials. Do not leave your pen in direct sunlight! It can cause the wood to swell and crack, remember that the wood is fairly thin, it doesn't take much. Be careful not to drop your pen, several of the plastics can be brittle, clay is in particular.
